You have to keep your bike invoice, your insured accessories invoices and the proof of payment. We will ask you those in case of claims.

More specifically, in case of bike theft, make sure you have the 2 keys of the approved anti-theft device that you use to lock the bike. We will ask you to provide us the keys or to show it during a live video to make sure the bike was well attached during the theft.

Furthermore, if you lose one of the keys (before any claim), make sure to rapidly get a new one from your reseller.
